  • As a Weekday Remedy Career Coach, you will be responsible for ensuring that Weekday Remedy clients have a stellar experience and get results.

    You will: 

    Utilize your knowledge, our resources, and your coaching skills to guide clients to find and get the jobs they are hoping for

    Answer client questions over email, and research the answers where we do not already have them 

    Provide answers to common career questions in writing or over video 

    Provide email support to clients as needed

    Help find and evaluate new career resources for our clients

    Requirements:

    5+ years of work experience in a corporate setting

    ICF Certified Coaching Certification

    Strong familiarity with common career guidance frameworks and research

    Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive attitude 

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Strong research skills
